Draft Horse Crossing

The horses and I share the farm, and I share the house, with two Great Danes.  Bogie and Groovy are both rescue dogs.  I adopted them through Great Creatures (www.greatcreatures.org). 

Groovy

Groovy will be 2 years old in June.  She is a Brindle Great Dane.  She enjoys naps on the couch and stealing the knuckle bones from her brother Bogie.  She had a rough start in life, and we have had to work very hard to make her the calm loving dog she is today.

Bogie

Bogie is a little over a year old.  He was found at a campground in Chattanooga, TN.  He was skinny and suffering from Lime Disease.  Since coming home with me he has gained a ton of weight, and gotten a lot taller!  He loves the new farm and chases Groovy around the yard.  He is currently working on catching frisbees!

Wiggle

Wiggle will be the newest member of the family in a few more weeks.  She is the daughter of Dageus and Chloe Wells of MKW Danes www.mkwdanes.com  Wiggle is a mismarked black female.  Since I met Melissa's male Dane Dageus, I have always wanted a dog with that same laid back personality and intelligence.  When Melissa bred Dageus and Chloe i told her I HAD to have a puppy.
